How do I cancel my subscription? In the app: Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but can't sign in. Send us a message with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.

Where are my transcripts stored? On your device only — see our Privacy Policy. We can't see or recover them, so keep backups of anything important.
