Both products transcribe conversational English very well. Typally uses Whisper large-v3 — one of the most accurate open speech models — plus an AI pass that fixes punctuation and strips filler words, and it handles technical vocabulary well once you add your terms (names, product jargon, code words) to the custom dictionary. We haven't run a formal head-to-head accuracy benchmark, so we won't invent one; try both free options on your own voice — that's the only test that matters.
